Our skilled and trained technical staff use the most advanced mechanical drawing and bill of materials software. Our technical staff support customers from the prototyping phase on, with precise and reliable suggestions.
Materials that arrive from selected suppliers is firstly identified, then checked for acceptance according to the sampling plan and stored in two vertical storehouse Modula type.
In accordance to a precise production plan, the material is taken from the warehouse and handed to be worked on.
During the production phase, the semi-finished material is monitored with self-control phases and/or by the technical personnel at our metrological room.
All of our welders have the “certificate of welder qualification – certification body Bureau Veritas” according to UNI EN 9606-1.
Every welding is equipped with the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) in conformity with the EN 15609-1 in order to ensure the repeatability of the process and the compliance of the manufacturing.
Moreover, periodically we perform ultrasound tests on welds to certify the level of quality, in accordance with the normative ISO 5817.
All components are subjected to an ultrasound washing phase to eliminate the residues of previous working processes.
At the end of the manufacturing process, we perform dimensional and high pressure hydraulic tests on all cylinders, in accordance with ISO 10100, through a semi-automatic desk of latest generation.
At the end of the testing cycle, the level of contamination of the hydraulic cylinder is measured, according to the normative NAS 1638- ISO 4406.
We perform pin marking on all jacks according to customers’ specific requests. Each single batch has its own inspection certificate 3.1 EN 10204.
With our management system, we ensure complete traceability of all materials used in each single order, thus also providing a detailed record, useful both for our company and our customers, who are constantly assisted with any need.
